- さんぜいっしんのほう【三世一身の法】723年に発布された開墾奨励策。 新たに用水を設けて開墾した者には三代にわたって， 旧用水を利用して開墾した者には本人一代限り， 開墾地の私有を認めた。 公地公民制崩壊の第一歩となった。
